You can easily set your card spending limit in your web dashboard or via your Currenxie mobile app.
To set a card spending limit on your web dashboard:
- Log in to your Currenxie account
- Navigate to 'My Card'
- Click 'Manage' and select 'Adjust spending limit'
- Set your spending limit by inputting the amount or moving the slider
- Then click 'Continue and adjust' to confirm your spending limit
To set a card spending limit on your mobile phone:
- Log in to your Currenxie app
- Navigate to 'My Card'
- Click 'Adjust limit'
- Set your spending limit in 'New Spending Limit'
- Then click 'Continue' to confirm your spending limit
To manage spending limits for team member cards:
- Log in to your Currenxie app
- Navigate to 'Cardholders' in the main menu
- Select the cardholder and select the ellipsis ('...') on the right
- Select 'Adjust spending limit'
Please Note: Your spending limit can only be lower than the HKD balance in your Global Account, and the minimum spending limit is HK$1000.
