Before cancelling your Currenxie Card, please make sure your card:
- Is not blocked
- Has no transaction dispute cases open
- Has no pending transactions
- Is not expecting a refund
- Has a zero balance
Any outstanding balance will be settled from your HKD balance when you cancel your card.
To cancel your card via the web app:
- Log in to your account, then navigate to the 'My Card' menu
- Select 'Manage'
- Then click 'Cancel card' and follow the instructions
To cancel your card via the mobile app:
- Go to 'My Card'
- Open the menu (three dots)
- Choose the relevant function
- Select applicable reason
- Follow instructions on the screen
To cancel a team member card:
- Go to the 'Cardholder' tab
- Select the team member card
- Click the ellipsis ('...')
- Select 'Cancel card' from the drop down menu
- Follow instructions on the screen
Please note: Only Global Account admins can issue or cancel a team member card. If your card is cancelled, the action will be permanent and you will not be able to use this card again.
