Before cancelling your Currenxie Card, please make sure your card:
- Is not blocked
- Has no transaction dispute cases open
- Has no pending transactions
- Is not expecting a refund
- Has a zero balance
Any outstanding balance will be settled from your HKD balance when you cancel your card.
Cancel your card via the web app:
- Login to your account, then navigate to the 'Cards' menu
- Click 'Menu'
- Select 'Cancel Card'
- Please enter the reason for your card cancellation
Cancel your card via the mobile app:
- Navigate to the 'Cards' section
- Open the menu (three dots)
- Choose the relevant function
- Select applicable reason
- Follow instructions on the screen
Please note: If your card is cancelled, the action will be permanent and you will not be able to use this card again.
