To prepare for our multi-currency Visa card launch in November 2026, new physical card requests will be paused from 1 October 2026 until cardholders receive their new multi-currency card.
This temporary pause applies to:
- Additional physical cards for existing users
- New physical cards for team members
- Upgrades from virtual to physical cards
Note: New virtual card requests remain fully available during this period.
If you need a new physical card, please submit your request before 1 October 2026.
