Starting in November 2026, we are upgrading all existing Currenxie Visa Cards to our new multi-currency Visa card. This upgrade allows cardholders to settle international transactions directly from 10 currency balances with 0% FX or cross-border transaction fees.
Who is affected
This migration applies to all current Currenxie Visa cardholders (both virtual and physical cards).
Card migration overview

Actions required
- Update saved payment details: Please ensure you have updated your card details across all platforms and services storing your payment information (including subscriptions, recurring billing, and saved merchant profiles) to prevent transaction declines.
- Request physical card (if applicable): If you currently use a physical card, submit a request via the Currenxie App within 10 business days of your virtual card issuance date to receive a replacement physical card with free delivery.
- Dispose of existing physical cards: Once your upgraded card is active, cut up and safely dispose of your previous physical card to protect your account privacy.
