There are a few reasons as to why your payment may have failed:
- You have exceeded your card spending limit
- Your physical card is not activated yet
- You are trying to make a payment via a restricted industry and/or a sanctioned country
- There was a merchant Point of Sales (POS) connection issue
- An incorrect PIN was used
- Your Currenxie Card is blocked
- You tried to make an offline POS transaction (for example, duty-free on flights, cruises, automatic fuel dispensers, toll booths) which is not supported
